About Us

We help businesses and financial institutions improve how money moves - so teams have clearer visibility, stronger processes, and less risk built into day-to-day operations.

In most organizations, how things are supposed to work and how they actually work are not the same.

Cash is coming in. Payments are going out. Banking tools are in place.
But over time, processes are shaped by workarounds, responsibilities shift, and visibility becomes less clear.

That’s when simple questions become harder to answer with confidence—and risk, inefficiency, and missed opportunities start to build beneath the surface.

Upward Treasury Partners helps you bring clarity and structure back to how things operate.

We work alongside finance leaders to understand how cash moves, where risk exists, and how banking is structured today—not just on paper, but in practice.

From there, we identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and bring alignment across cash flow, risk, and banking.

We bring cash flow, risk, and banking together—so visibility is clear and decisions can be made with confidence.

Who We Are

Meet Becky Limoge

I’ve spent more than two decades in treasury and financial services, working with organizations ranging from local startups to enterprises with over $70 billion in annual revenue.

And across all of them, I kept seeing the same thing.

The way money moves through the business—cash flow, banking, risk—is often more reactive and less structured than it needs to be.

Not because teams don’t care. But because no one has the time or the specific expertise to step back and fix it.

So things stay as they are.
Banking relationships don’t evolve.
Processes get patched together instead of improved.

And important work—like evaluating banks, tightening controls, or improving visibility—gets pushed off.

That’s where I come in. I built Upward Treasury Partners to help businesses take control of how their money moves—and actually move this work forward.

I don’t just provide recommendations. I step in alongside your team to lead the work—whether that’s a banking RFP, improving cash flow visibility, or strengthening how risk is managed.

The goal isn’t theory or a report that sits on a shelf. It’s real, practical progress that makes your business easier to run and better protected.

Meet Jared Schmidt

Jared brings nearly two decades of banking experience, with a focus on business banking, treasury, and relationship management.

He has spent his career working closely with business owners to navigate lending, cash management, and the broader banking relationship—bringing a practical understanding of how these pieces connect within day-to-day operations.

His experience spans SBA and conventional lending, cash flow management, fraud protection, and helping businesses structure how money moves through their operations.

Across those roles, he saw firsthand how often banking relationships become transactional—and how much opportunity is missed when they do.

Jared is known for taking a relationship-driven, practical approach—working closely with business owners to understand how their operations actually function, and helping align the right banking structure, tools, and strategy to support it.

At Upward Treasury Partners, Jared brings a complementary perspective—bridging the gap between how banks operate and what businesses actually need, and helping ensure both sides are aligned in a way that drives better outcomes.

Our Approach

We bring our banking and treasury background into every engagement—grounded in how these systems are designed, where they tend to break down, and what it takes to make them work in practice.

We don’t start with products or assumptions.
We start with how your business actually operates.

Understand the current state
How cash moves, where risk exists, and how banking is structured today—not just on paper, but in practice.

Identify gaps and opportunities
Where processes have been shaped by workarounds, visibility is limited, or inefficiencies have developed over time.

Bring structure and alignment
Connecting cash flow, risk, and banking into a more cohesive, effective approach that supports how your business runs.

Focus on execution
Clear, practical recommendations your team can implement—so progress actually happens.

This approach helps businesses improve visibility, strengthen processes, and reduce risk—creating a more reliable foundation for how the business operates.
